Payment Security
We use PayPal, Airwallex and IPGPay for all payment processing services and they provide the secure credit card handling facilities on their sites. No credit card details are asked for, accessed or retained by Winerack or any affiliated or associated company.
You will have an option to store (or not to store) your card details with Airwallex or IPGPay to enable easier checkout the next time you purchase from our site. It is your responsibility to protect your password from being disclosed to any third party.
Payment methods
We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayMe through our secured Airwallex, IPGPay and PayPal payment gateways. Bank transfers are also available (see details below). Additional methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay and WeChat Pay may be added to enhance your checkout experience, and you'll see the available options during checkout.
Bank Transfers
You may choose to pay by Bank Transfer or PayMe upon checkout, but we will not ship your order until the funds are received into our account.
If you have an HSBC account, bank transfers are usually very quick (often immediate during business hours), but if you use another bank it can take three days or more before we receive the money. Please allow sufficient time for clearance. If your order is urgent we recommend using one of our other payment options listed above, as a bank transfer payment may be delayed.
*Cross-checking funds received via bank transfer takes time, so please email us the bank transfer details including the order number and amount paid; if no advice is sent your order may be delayed. Any payment advice received after 4:30pm cannot be processed for 24 hours.
FAQs
Can I pay COD?
We prefer payment by credit card or bank transfer. There's no extra charge and you can transfer directly from an ATM.
If you still want to pay COD please check with us beforehand; this service is not available to all areas:
(1) There is a $50 processing fee, or a minimum order of 24 bottles or 6 cases of Beer/Cider for COD payments.
(2) Please note delivery days and times may vary from our normal schedule for COD payments.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule delivery of any COD order without notification. If in doubt, we suggest you contact us or call Tel: 2433 9929 (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm) to arrange COD before placing an order.
How to checkout and pay COD:
When you reach checkout, choose 'Bank Transfer', then in the 'special instructions' mention you would like to pay COD. Please remember to add an additional $50 COD handling charge to the total price shown in your email order confirmation.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No, a PayPal account is NOT required — you can use a Credit Card, or pay via PayMe or Bank Transfer and other options that may be available at checkout.
If you do not have a PayPal account, on the PayPal payment page you can ignore the login box and click the link "Pay with my credit or debit card" shown in the middle of the page (see example image below).

To change the language: click the link in the top-right corner of the PayPal payment page. Some customers have noted the language option may also appear at the bottom of the checkout form on PayPal.
