This Rosé is a delightfully dry wine which combines the herbaceous gooseberry and passion fruit of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with the strawberry notes of Marlborough Pinot Noir. This is a refreshing Sauvignon Rosé burst with vibrant freshness and acidity, great on it's own for a hot summer's day. Pair with with fresh seafood or salad, try with pasta primavera and sushi.

The meticulous winemaking process involved slow and consistent ripening of the grapes, which were gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to emphasise the pure fruit characteristics of the Wairau Valley. Handpicked and sorted Pinot Noir grapes were blended to enhance the wine's complexity and charm.
