The firm tannins compose a supple and well-structured body, with a very fine texture. Ideal with stewed dishes such as veal and braised beef, Asian-style glazed and caramelized poultry or homemade hamburgers. Cheeses: Brie de Meaux, Cîteaux, Reblochon, Bleu de Bresse.
