Fairly light ruby, clear and brilliant. Intense with a dominance of red fruit (cherries, raspberries, blackcur- rants). Pleasing, very round with a touch of acidity, which enhances the cherry notes. Goes well with streaky jam, dry sausage, boiled meat, chick, grilled andouillette, aubergine fritters, bleu d'Auvergne.
