Bosio Costa d'Orta Appassimento (formerly Luca Bosio Appassimento aka Truffle Hunter) is a Barbera but not like you have had before. Creamy and intense, very dark and the taste is dominated by ripe cherry and plum. Fruity with a smooth and silky tannins and low acidity. A big and full-bodied wine that goes well with food and on it's own. Food pairing; Pasta, risotto, chicken, cheese.

Bosio Costa d'Orta Appassimento (formerly Luca Bosio Appassimento aka Truffle Hunter) is a Barbera but not like you have had before. This new wine comes from grapes that were half dried in baskets and half dried on the plant after breaking the stalk and harvested later. Creamy and intense, very dark and the taste is dominated by ripe cherry and plum. Fruity with a smooth and silky tannins and low acidity. A big and full-bodied wine that goes well with food and on it's own. Food pairing; Pasta, risotto, chicken, cheese.
